主要学术成就:
国家重点研发计划重点专项首席科学家,国家科技部“循环经济关键技术与装备”重点专项总体专家组专家委员,中国有色金属学会重有色金属冶金专委会副主任委员、有色冶金资源综合利用专委会专家委员、矿冶过程界面化学专委会专家委员、节能减排专委会专家委员。从事多元复杂金属原生资源/二次资源综合利用、清洁回收及冶金新材料制备方面的基础研究和工程转化工作。发明了镍钴钪共伴生矿综合利用、复杂锑金砷多金属资源低碳处置、复杂锂铷铯资源协同提取、高铝煤矸石/粉煤灰高效处置、废旧杂铜高值再生回用、工业废酸选择性脱氟氯、退役太阳能电池组分清洁回收等多项原创技术。建成有年30万吨矿石规模的非熔融态金属化深度还原镍铁示范工程、年10万吨矿石规模的褐铁型红土镍矿非常规介质温和提取示范工程等,在建年180万吨红土镍矿硝酸加压浸出技术示范工程、年50万吨复杂含金资源高效捕集与分离工程示范、万吨级锑金精矿低碳冶炼工程示范,取得显著经济、社会和环境效益。
先后主持国家重点研发计划项目/课题,国家自然科学基金重点/面上/青年项目,北京市自然科学基金面上项目等20余项。以第一或通讯作者发表论文130余篇,其中SCI论文110余篇(总IF>700),中科院一区50余篇,被引2000余次;获授权专利90余件,其中国际专利4件;出版国家级重点专著1部(100.4万字);获省部级一等奖5项,省部级二等奖3项,获首届邱定蕃有色冶金青年科技奖。担任《International Journal of Minerals, Metallurgy and Materials》、《中国有色金属学报(中英文版)》、《有色金属工程》、《有色金属(冶炼部分)》等10余个期刊编委/青年编委,国内外20多个期刊审稿专家,多家企业技术顾问等。在国内外学术会议上做大会特邀/口头报告20余次。指导博/硕士生50余名,毕业20余名。
